Life comes with ups and downs. Life doesn't always play fair. When matters that we can't control come our way it can lead us into dark places in life.

Once you've found yourself in a dark place, in a state of helplessness, that can be very dangerous. The worst thing you could do is give and stay there.

When you're stuck in a dark place your "light" source that illuminates your life becomes blocked or even shut off.

It takes extreme will and strength to get out of the darkness that our struggles bring us into.

Sometimes overcoming the odds can seem impossible and force you to give up.

I wrote this E-book to give hope and inspiration to those of you who are fighting silent battles. I was once in you at a time in my life and I reduced to a very low point, filled with darkness in my life, with no "light source" to guide me out of it.

I want you to know that you can and you have to get through this fight and in this book I'll tell you how I did it and give you the keys to winning your silent battles!

My father once told me "change yourself and then go change the world" and that's what I'm striving to do.
